#### 1. All Sales Are Final (No Warranty)
Due to the delicate, custom, and artisanal nature of our products (including our jewelry and phone cases), we do not offer a long-term product warranty. All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
#### 2. Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Arrival)
We want to make sure your order arrives safely. If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
* **Reporting Period:** You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
* **How to Claim:** Please email us at creamyberriespost@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
#### 3. Return Shipping
* **For Damaged or Defective Items:** If your order arrives damaged or defective, Creamy Berries will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs once the return is authorized.
* **For Any Other Inquiries:** As all sales are final, any other unauthorized returns sent back without prior approval will be at the customer's expense.
